TOMS Vision is for a people gathering TOGETHER glorifying God, OUTREACHING with a passion for the lost, MATURING as people who deeply trust the word of God, who are actively engaged SERVING in ministry.

Together Outreaching Maturing Serving

We Believe

God is calling TOGETHER disciples for himself through the Gospel of Christ.
1 Corinthians 1:9, 24-30
1 Corinthians 12:4-7, 12, 18-20

We are prayerfully planning to

MATURE people as faithful followers of Jesus, through the Word of God.
Matthew 28:16-20

With the result that under God

TOMS will be multiplying disciple-making disciples who are:

Pursuing MATURE-ity in Christ
(Colossians 1:28-29, 2:6-7)

SERVE-ing one another in love
(Mark 10:42-45, 2 Cor 5:14-15)

Active in OUTREACH to their communities and beyond (Matthew 9:35-38)

Colossians 1:9-14

We are committed to teaching the Bible, and doing so with an emphasis on outreach and service as together we mature in following the Lord Jesus.

Meet the Team

  • Adam Taylor

    Adam Taylor

    SENIOR MINISTER

Adam is married to Samantha and they have three fabulous daughters. The numbers are against him for family movie night and potential camping holidays, but Brooklyn Nine Nine is a fun meeting place. Before training for full-time ministry Adam enjoyed four years as a high school maths teacher. Nowadays the maths is increasingly valuable on the golf course! Adam likes time together with his family and chilling with friends, cheering on the Giants, pulling his hair out over the Wests Tigers, watching Netflix at the end of the day with Sam and has trouble resisting anything sweet. Above all Adam loves learning from and teaching others about the Master Teacher – Jesus Christ, who he has known as his Lord and Saviour since he was 15. Adam has been the Senior Minister at TOMS since 2010, having previously served as an Assistant Minister at West Pennant Hills and Liverpool.

  • Ed Frost

    Ed Frost

    SRE Trainer

Ed is married to Rebecca and they have three young boys, Charlie, Nathaniel and Samuel. They grew up in the Blue Mountains and Ed has worked as a Children’s Minister in Western Sydney Anglican Churches. He currently teaches scripture classes in public schools within our parish. Ed loves photography, camping, the beach and discovering hilarious shows on Netflix. Ed’s greatest enjoyment is watching children grasp who Jesus is, especially when they want to follow Him too.

  • Alisa Drake

    Alisa Drake

    CHILDRENS’ MINISTRY LEADER

Twelve years ago, after relocating to Cranebrook, Alisa discovered TOMS when looking for a playgroup. Snuggled in amongst homes and parklands TOMS welcomed her and she stayed. Many years later and with a love for sharing Jesus with children she now leads the Children’s Ministries. She is married to Glen and together they have 5 children between them and grandchildren too. Through the bumps and turns in life, God never let her go and she wants to share Him with all children from Ropes to the River. You might see her at any of the schools within our parish teaching Scripture. She’d love to see you, so if you have time, say hello!

  • Jenny Clay

    Jenny Clay

    SAFE MINISTRY REPRESENTATIVE

Jenny is a committed Christian who seeks God wherever He calls her. She has been a member at TOMS since 2010. Jenny is a mother and grandmother who has a heart for children and young people. She has recently retired from the role of Deputy Principal at Richard Johnson Anglican School and is enjoying the time to explore new routines.
